Strangely-Brown is Biggles’ cousin and closest ally.
Biggles didn't like him when they first met but he proved himself loyal and brave. From that time onwards he became Biggles’ closest friend. He even knows Biggles’ deepest secret: that Biggles was in love with a gorgeous blonde called Marie who turned out to be a spy!
Strangely-Brown has a 'devil-may-care' attitude to flying, but can be quite a sober character in all other aspects of life. He is just a little younger than Biggles and takes care of many mundane jobs that the other two wouldn't even think of doing.
He takes his position as second-in-command of the aerobatic team very seriously indeed and often seems a little 'pushed into the background' chasing up paperwork and doing admin whilst the other two practice complicated aerobatic routines on their little skateboards ...

Chocks Away Chaps!
Strangely-Brown joined his life-long chum and cousin, James Bigglesworth Esq on an adventure of a lifetime as they took to the skies in their marvellous flying machines (courtesy of young Ginger Hebblethwaite, by gosh) over the sun-kissed rooftops of Warwick town.
If you have found him, please PLEASE let us know. We will be delerious until we have word that he is ok!

He was found in a field, but was saved from being made into sileage and has found a new home in Enfield.
